About Happy's Concrete
Owner Jessie Ventura brings nearly 30 years of concrete craft, strategic planning, and a passion for turning each customer's vision into durable, high-quality work across Plano and North Texas.
From Learning the Trade to Leading It
Happy's Concrete began with owner Jessie Ventura's simple passion for the craft. Starting at age 18 in 1996, Jessie learned concrete work from the ground up site preparation, formwork, steel reinforcement, and the precise finish quality that separates a lasting slab from a failing one. By age 22, that hands-on education had grown into owning a concrete business, where the lessons of the trade met the realities of project planning, estimating, and honest customer communication.
Over the decades, that foundation deepened through continued learning. Jessie began attending industry conventions such as World of Concrete to keep the crew current on new mix designs, advanced stamp patterns, and next-generation sealer technology. But the core never changed: treat every customer's property with respect, communicate clearly, plan strategically, and deliver finish quality that lasts.
Today, based right here in Plano, Jessie Ventura and the Happy's Concrete crew serve homeowners, property managers, and businesses across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Carrollton, and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles. Every project — from a reinforced driveway replacement to a stamped patio or commercial parking lot is built to bring each customer's vision to life.
